General Terms and Conditions Padelito Club
Article 1 – General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all products, services and agreements offered by Padelito Club via the website. 1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions. 1.3 Padelito Club reserves the right to change these conditions. Any changes will be published on the website.
Article 2 – Returns
2.1 Customers have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving the package without giving any reason. 2.2 Returns will only be accepted if the products are unused, undamaged and in their original condition, including labels and packaging. 2.3 The costs for returns are for the account of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. 2.4 After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Article 3 – Payments
3.1 Payments must be made within 14 days of receipt of the package, unless otherwise agreed in advance. 3.2 If payment is not received within the set term, Padelito Club reserves the right to charge additional costs and to hand over the claim to a collection agency.
Article 4 – Damages
4.1 If damage is found to returned products, the return will not be accepted. The full amount for the product remains due in that case. 4.2 Any complaints about damage during shipping must be reported in writing to Padelito Club within 48 hours of receipt of the package via klantenservice@padelitoclub.com.
Article 5 – Delivery
5.1 Padelito Club aims to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the website. 5.2 Padelito Club is not liable for delays caused by external parties, such as delivery services. 5.3 The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
Article 6 – Privacy
6.1 Padelito Club respects the privacy of customers and treats personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 6.2 For more information, please refer to our privacy statement, which can be found on the website.
Article 7 – Complaints
7.1 Complaints about products or services must be reported in writing within 7 days of detection via [ klantenservice@padelitoclub.com ]. 7.2 Padelito Club strives to handle complaints within 5 working days and to offer an appropriate solution.
Article 8 – Force Majeure
8.1 Padelito Club is not liable for damages or delays caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Article 9 – Applicable law and disputes
9.1 All agreements and disputes are subject to Dutch law. 9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Padelito Club is located.
